Setup Requirements

What we need from your space.

Whatever the venue, here's what makes setup smooth on the day.

10ft × 15ft clearance

Minimum space needed, indoors or outdoors. A garage, patio, courtyard, or lawn all work.

30–45 min setup & teardown

Handled entirely by our attendant, on arrival and at the end of your event.

Standard power outlet

A single standard outlet within reach of the setup area. No special electrical needed.

Water resistant

It's water resistant, not waterproof, so it handles a little moisture but shouldn't sit in steady rain. For outdoor events we suggest a tent, pavilion or covered patio, or an indoor backup. Tell us your plan and we'll help work it out.

It's an inflatable golf simulator enclosure — a freestanding, pop-up frame with an impact screen stretched across the front, a hitting mat and launch monitor underneath, and side walls that block wind and stray shots. Some guests call it a blow-up golf simulator, which is honestly a fair description. No tent poles, no assembly crew: it inflates, our attendant squares it up, and you're hitting balls in 30–45 minutes. It packs back down just as fast, which is what makes it a genuinely portable golf simulator rather than a fixed bay bolted to a garage wall.

The sides and front are enclosed and the whole thing is water resistant (not waterproof), so it doubles as an outdoor golf simulator for patios, lawns and parking lots, ideally with some cover if rain is forecast. The numbers on screen come from a SkyTrak launch monitor sitting on the hitting mat, reading each swing as it happens. It's the same kind of launch monitor golfers buy for their own simulator rooms.

Instant numbers and replay

Ball speed, launch angle, spin, and distance show up right after each shot, and you can replay it. Guests end up comparing numbers whether they meant to or not.

Senior residences and community groups

We bring the simulator to a care home, seniors' residence, community hall or centre. It needs about 10ft × 15ft of clear space and a standard outlet. Setup takes 30–45 minutes, an attendant runs it, and nobody needs golf experience. It works indoors, so the weather doesn't change the plan.

Do you set up indoors or outdoors?

Both — our simulator setup works indoors or outdoors, whichever your venue calls for.

Is there an age range or skill level required?

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

What does the golf simulator setup actually look like?

It's a pop-up inflatable enclosure with a hitting screen, not a bare projector or a folding table. See the What Shows Up section above for real photos and what's inside it.

What launch monitor do you use?

A SkyTrak launch monitor. It reads ball speed, launch angle, side angle, and spin on every shot, then works out carry distance and flight path from those and puts it all on the screen right after the swing. Full details are in The Tech section above.

What games and competitions can guests play?

Closest to the Pin, Long Drive, and a Target Challenge, plus famous courses like Pebble Beach. Challenges can be played solo or in a group, and there are team formats like scramble on the course side. More on What Guests Play above.
