Every package starts with the same full simulator rig, an on-site attendant, and delivery anywhere in Metro Vancouver or the Fraser Valley. What changes is the format — casual, competitive, or built for a crowd.

Setup Requirements

What we need from your space.

Whatever the venue, here's what makes setup smooth on the day.

10ft × 15ft clearance

Minimum space needed, indoors or outdoors. A garage, patio, courtyard, or lawn all work.

30–45 min setup & teardown

Handled entirely by our attendant, on arrival and at the end of your event.

Standard power outlet

A single standard outlet within reach of the setup area. No special electrical needed.

Rain or shine

Our setup is fully waterproof, so outdoor events go on as planned regardless of weather.

Do you set up indoors or outdoors?

Both — our simulator setup works indoors or outdoors, whichever your venue calls for.

What if it rains?

No problem. Our setup is fully waterproof, so outdoor events go on as planned regardless of weather.

How much space do I need?

A minimum of 10ft by 15ft of clearance, indoors or out.

How long does setup and teardown take?

Approximately 30–45 minutes each, handled entirely by our attendant.

Is there an age range or skill level required?

All ages and skill levels are welcome. The simulator is beginner-friendly, and plenty of guests picking up a club for the first time have a great time on it.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
