University Formal & Grad Social Golf Simulator Rental
A real draw for a student club formal, faculty ball, or year-end banquet — on campus or at a hotel ballroom.
On The Go Golf sets up a full mobile golf simulator for university formals, grad socials, and year-end banquets across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. Campuses across the region run this kind of event differently — a faculty club's formal ball, a student union's grad social, a smaller club's year-end gathering — so this page covers the format broadly rather than assuming one style of party fits every school.

Planning a university formal or grad social golf simulator rental in Metro Vancouver or the Fraser Valley? See the full package breakdown on our services page, or check Half Day and Full Day pricing. Faculty clubs and student unions across the region run this kind of event on their own timelines and formats — UBC's faculty clubs run named formal balls, SFU's student society partners with outside venues for its grad party, and schools like KPU run social and cultural galas through their student associations. If you're organizing through a student union or club, most require outside-vendor approval ahead of time, so reach out as early as you can once your date and venue are set — SFSS's Events 101 page and KSA's events page are useful references for what that approval process typically looks like.
Planning a private after-party or a smaller friend-group celebration instead of an official school event? Our general Vancouver, Surrey, and Burnaby pages cover that kind of booking too. Looking for more formal and grad social ideas beyond a golf simulator? Read our campus event ideas guide.
Everything you're wondering before you book a formal or grad social.

No — it works for any grad social, faculty ball, or year-end banquet, whether it's organized by a student union, a faculty club, or a smaller student group.

How long does setup and teardown take?
About 30–45 minutes each, handled entirely by our attendant, so it won't disrupt your event timeline.
