How much space do I need?

What power do you need on-site?
A single standard power outlet within reach of the setup area. No special electrical work is required.
Do you carry insurance, and can you provide proof for a venue?
Yes — we carry the appropriate insurance for our mobile operations and can provide a Certificate of Insurance if your venue, strata council, or event organizer requires one from outside vendors. This comes up most often at hotels, breweries, condo/strata amenity rooms, and corporate office buildings.
What happens if it rains?
No problem — our setup is fully waterproof, so outdoor events go on as planned regardless of weather.
How long does setup and teardown take?
Approximately 30–45 minutes each, handled entirely by our on-site attendant, so it won't disrupt your event timeline.
Is there an age range or skill level required?

How far in advance should I book?

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date, with the remaining balance due before your event. A date isn't held until the deposit is paid — a quote or inquiry alone doesn't reserve the slot.
