Can it run in a school gym or on a field?
Yes to both, as long as there's about 10ft by 15ft of clear space and a standard outlet nearby. Tell us the room and we'll check that it fits.
Do you offer a charity or school rate?
We work from our standard Half Day and Full Day packages. Contact us with your budget and event, and we'll tell you what fits.
Who handles the money raised?
You do. We provide the simulator and an attendant. How you collect tickets or donations is up to your organization.
Do we need a licence for a raffle?
Possibly. If you add a raffle or 50/50 draw, BC has licensing rules. The charitable gaming page is the place to check.
Is it suitable for young kids?
Yes. The simulator is beginner-friendly and works for all ages, with adult supervision for younger children.
How far ahead should we book?
At least two weeks ahead, and earlier for spring and fall school events. A non-refundable deposit secures your date.
