It's a simulator-based tournament, not a booking at an outdoor course. We bring the full setup to your venue and run it as a bracket or leaderboard competition, so there's no course rental, tee times, or weather risk to plan around.
How many players can take part?
A real charity golf tournament at a course typically runs 40 to 100+ players in foursomes. We run one simulator, so the bracket format scales down: the number of players who get through depends on how long the event runs. Tell us your headcount and we'll say whether it fits.
Can we sell hole sponsorships like a real tournament?
Yes — the same idea works as a "sponsor the simulator" tier, with the sponsor's signage or logo displayed on the setup for the event, alongside broader title, gold, or silver sponsorship tiers if you want to layer pricing.
Can we add a raffle or 50/50 draw to the tournament?
You can, but note that a raffle or 50/50 draw is a separate activity that needs its own charitable gaming licence from the Independent Gambling Control Office (IGCO) — the simulator tournament itself doesn't require one.
