The booking, deposit, and event-day terms that apply when you reserve On The Go Golf.

These terms govern any booking made with On The Go Golf ("we," "us," "our") for our mobile golf simulator rental services. By submitting a booking inquiry or paying a deposit, you agree to the terms below.
Booking & deposit
- Submitting our booking form is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. We'll follow up with a firm quote and availability check within 24 hours.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your date is not held until the deposit is received.
- The remaining balance is due per the schedule confirmed with you at booking, ahead of your event date.
- We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead — availability is limited during summer wedding and event season.
Cancellations & rescheduling
The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. We'll do our best to accommodate a reschedule request to a new available date, subject to availability, if you contact us as early as possible.
Weather & setup conditions
Our simulator setup is fully weatherproof and operates rain or shine, indoors or outdoors — events go on as planned regardless of weather. A minimum clearance of 10ft x 15ft and access to a standard power outlet are required at the setup location. Setup and teardown each take approximately 30-45 minutes; access to the venue for this window should be arranged as part of your event timeline.
Use of equipment
Our simulator equipment is provided in good working condition and operated or supervised by our staff throughout your event. Guests are expected to use the equipment as instructed. You agree to take reasonable care of the space and equipment provided, and to notify us promptly of any damage or malfunction during the event.
Liability
On The Go Golf carries the appropriate insurance for our mobile operations. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from event circumstances outside our control (such as venue access issues or third-party conduct). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our services evolve. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
