We do not collect payment or financial information through this site. Deposits and payments are arranged directly with you once your date is confirmed.

- Respond to your inquiry and check availability for your requested date
- Send you a confirmation that we've received your inquiry, and follow up with quote and booking details
- Keep an internal record of bookings and inquiries so we can plan events and avoid double-booking
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Where your information is stored
Booking inquiries are recorded in an internal tracking sheet used to manage our event calendar. We keep this information only as long as needed to fulfill your booking or respond to your inquiry, and for basic business record-keeping afterward.
