- Extended hours. Need us on-site longer than your package window? Extra time beyond your Half Day or Full Day block is billed by the hour.
- Travel distance. Events outside our core Surrey, Langley & Abbotsford radius may include a travel fee — we'll flag this before you book, not after.
- Peak season dates. Summer weekends and wedding season see the highest demand. Booking 2+ weeks ahead is the best way to lock in your date and rate.

Does the price change by city?
Not within our core service area. Surrey, Vancouver, Burnaby, Langley, Abbotsford, Richmond, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Delta, White Rock, and Mission all get the same flat $499/$799 package price — no city-based markup. A handful of areas genuinely sit further from our Surrey base, so a travel fee applies there instead: Chilliwack, Hope, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Squamish & Whistler.
